1-Day Replacement Policy
We offer a 1-day replacement policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a replacement.
Important Points About Our Replacement Policy
- No returns or replacements will be accepted for size issues, personal preferences, or quality expectations if the product matches the description provided on our website.
- Replacements will only be issued after inspection and verification.
- An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate any replacement request.
Partial Prepaid with Cash on Delivery
The nominal fee charged on Partial Prepaid Cash on Delivery orders is non-refundable.
In case of Return to Origin (RTO), the partially prepaid amount can be utilized towards a future purchase.
Eligible Cases for 1-Day Replacement
Our 1-day replacement policy is applicable only in the following situations:
- Wrong item received (must be verified through an unboxing video).
- Defective or damaged item received (must be verified through an unboxing video).
Cases Not Eligible for Replacement
The following situations are not covered under our replacement policy:
- Products damaged or washed by the customer.
- Products returned without original packaging, tags, inserts, or accessories.
- Products not in their original condition.
- Replacement requests made after the 1-day replacement period.
To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
6-Month Free Replacement Policy
All eligible products are covered under a 6-month replacement policy for color fading issues.
Customers may share product photographs with our support team and request a one-time replacement. A ₹100 Shipping & Handling fee will apply and must be prepaid.
Cash on Delivery is not available for this fee.
Customers may choose to return the original product at their own expense or retain it.
Damaged products are not covered under this policy.
Additional Terms
- Based on the photos and videos submitted by the customer, our team will determine whether a replacement is applicable.
- The decision of Manwish Astro regarding replacement eligibility shall be final.
- If a customer is unavailable during delivery or the courier partner is unable to complete delivery for prepaid orders, any approved refund may be issued as store credit after deducting shipping charges.
- Manwish Astro is not responsible for any excess amount paid directly to a courier representative.
- Requests received after the replacement period has expired will not be entertained.
Store Credit & Refunds
Approved returns or replacements may be issued as store credit, discount code, or gift card that can be used for future purchases on Manwish Astro.
Refunds to bank accounts, UPI IDs, or payment methods are generally not provided except in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Significant delivery delays extending multiple weeks.
- Repeated instances of incorrect or damaged products being delivered.
Where approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 4–5 business days to reflect, depending on banking and payment gateway processing times.
How to Request a Replacement
- Submit your order number along with your registered phone number or email.
- Upload relevant photographs, videos, and details regarding the issue.
- If your request qualifies, a return pickup request may be arranged.
- Once the product is received and inspected, the replacement or store credit will be processed if approved.
If return pickup service is unavailable for your location, you may be required to ship the product back to us. Replacement will be processed after successful inspection.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us promptly so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return or replacement due to hygiene, customization, or product-specific restrictions.
Sale items, promotional products, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a different product is to place a new order after your replacement request has been reviewed and approved.
